Shipping & Returns
Shipping within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide from Sydney.
- Flat rate standard shipping: $10 Australia-wide
- Express shipping: $15 Australia- wide
- Dispatch time: Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Pre-order Items
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, it will ship once it arrives in our studio. Estimated dispatch times are listed in the product description. Generally, it takes 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order.
International Shipping
We’re a small, growing boutique and are not offering automated international shipping just yet.
If you’re outside Australia and would love to order, please reach out to us via the contact form or Instagram DM and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Each Little Ladoos piece is made and packed with care, and we are a small boutique label. For this reason, we are currently unable to offer change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
Please choose your size carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, you’re always welcome to contact us with your child’s age and chest measurement and we’ll happily guide you to the closest fit before you purchase.
Incorrect or Faulty Items
If we have accidentally sent the wrong item, size or colour, or if your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your parcel with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and any tags/packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
